RR&A holds three major organization-wide “get togethers” each year, where our people and their spouse/significant other are our guests. We kick-off our social calendar with the Kosciuszko Foundation Debutante Ball, held on the last Saturday in April in the Grand Ballroom of the world famous Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City.

We cool off the July heat each year, when we chill-out at the firm’s annual Summer Party. We charter a boat off of the south shore of Long Island for a five-hour evening cruise, with food, libation, and a DJ.

In December, we end the social season with our annual Christmas Hanukah Party, which is also a black-tie formal affair.
