Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates P.C.

Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates P.C.

Emphasizing a long-term perspective, Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. (RR&A) is a New York mortgage banking law practice. Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C.’s areas of expertise include bankruptcy, evictions, foreclosure, collections, and closings. All services are available to clients across the country through the firm’s dedicated National Default Services Department.

Sometime during 1990, Cynthia Rosicki began representing private clients in mortgage related legal issues.  She achieved a high level of success, building upon her previous experience working for a mortgage foreclosure firm.  She opened a small office in Williamsburg Brooklyn, in the front office of her parent’s funeral home.  Her sister Dawn Polewac, assisted with everything from paralegal to financial functions.  At that time, Tom Rosicki, was the Deputy Commissioner of the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission, having been appointed by Mayor Ed Koch, after a seven-year career as an FBI Agent.

Cynthia moved the focus of her work to institutional clients, upon becoming of-counsel to another law firm, and moved her office to Hempstead, Long Island.  Meanwhile, Tom Rosicki was honing his management and organizational skills as Vice President Director of Security for Macy’s, responsible for over two thousand employees.  In 1994, Tom left Macy’s as the result of a corporate take-over.

Tom & Cynthia decided that they would combine and focus their respective skills and talents, to develop a successful, progressive, and dynamic organization.  They moved their law office from Hempstead, Long Island to Carle Place, Long Island.  Cynthia & Tom began working together, with Dawn, and attorneys Kelly Ann Poole and Craig Wolfson, toward building an inclusive organization that would promote and sustain growth through service.

Through hard work, good and industrious associates and paralegals, the help of many good people in the mortgage banking business, and the grace of God, the firm grew to open additional offices in Islip Long Island, Fishkill New York, and Batavia (Buffalo/Rochester) New York.  Their hard work paid off when the law firm moved to Plainview, Long Island, combining the Carle Place and Islip office to form what is now the Main Office of Rosicki, Rosicki and Associates.

Today, RR&A is the leading mortgage banking law firm in New York.  RR&A is also a substantial and conscientious professional law firm, concentrating in the areas of Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Evictions, Closings, and Nationwide Default Servicing.  In 2002, Kelly Ann Poole, Esq. was made partner.  In 2008, Craig Wolfson, Esq. made partner.

RR&A is not just a moneymaking organization.  We are committed to our clients with a win-win philosophy and a long-term perspective.  We are committed to the continuous dynamic creation of a diverse organization where people of every background and ability are provided with the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally by developing their God-given talents.  We are committed to being a force for good in the world.
