Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. Hosts Successful Charity Event to Benefit Jim Kelly’s Hunter’s Hope Foundation
The event brought together a record number of 200+ attendees from the judicial, legal and banking communities to raise money and awareness for Krabbe Leukodystrophy Disease. Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates’ Batavia office, headed by Attorney Deborah Gallo, coordinated and volunteered at the event which raised approximately $55,000 to benefit the Hunter’s Hope Foundation. As always, Tom and Cynthia Rosicki made a generous donation to this worthy cause. Hall of Fame and former Buffalo Bills Quarterback, Jim Kelly, attended the gala, signed autographs, took pictures and thanked everyone for their support.
The Hunter’s Hope Foundation was established in 1997 by Jim Kelly and his wife Jill, after their infant son, Hunter (February 14, 1997 – August 5, 2005) was diagnosed with Krabbe Leukodystrophy, an inherited fatal nervous system disease. The Foundation’s mission and focus is threefold: to fund research necessary to treat and cure Krabbe Disease, increase newborn screening standards across the United States and ultimately to inspire all parents to thank God for their children.
Corporate sponsors for the event included Arbor Mortgage Servicing, Bank of America, Carr Business Systems, Richard Cohen CPA, Coffee Culture, First Niagara Bank, Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen, PC, Hyatt Regency Buffalo, W.B. Mason Co., Saranac Brewery, Southern Wine & Spirits of New York, Stitches In View, Inc., Western New York Mortgage Bankers & Credit Association.
