cynthiathumbnailCynthia Rosicki received her undergraduate degree in drama and political science from Adelphi University, and attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. She received her law degree from New York Law School in 1986. Cynthia has received many awards including the Polish Children’s Heartline Humanitarian Award, the Nassau County Community Service Award, and was named New York State Businesswoman of the Year - 2004 by the National Republican Congressional Committee. Cynthia is on the board of directors of the Kosciuszko Foundation, and the Association for the Help of Retarded Children (AHRC) Realty board of directors. Cynthia is active in and contributes to organizations such as “Help the Homeless”, and “Gift of Life”.

Tom Rosicki received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in management sciences and accounting, and later received his law degree from Touro Law School. He joined the FBI in 1982 as a Special Agent in Organized Crime, serving in Baltimore, St. Louis and New York. He left the FBI when Mayor Koch appointed him Deputy Commissioner of the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission in 1989. After the elections, Tom moved to the private sector and became Vice President Director of Security for Macy’s East. He was later appointed as Chairman of the Nassau County Parole Board where he served for three years. Tom is past Chairman of the Society of Former FBI Agents, New York Chapter, and currently serves on the board as President of the Association for the Help of Retarded Children (AHRC), and on the business advisory council of The Rehabilitation Institute. In 2008, Tom was appointed to the Board of Governors of Touro Law School.

Craig Wolfson is the newest partner of Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C.  Craig received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts in 1992, and received a Juris Doctorate Degree from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 1996.  Craig earned a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from Cornell University’s School of Industrial Labor Relations.  He is a member of the New York and New Jersey state bars, and is admitted to practice in various Federal courts.  He serves on the Long Island Working Partnership Board, and The Rehabilitation Institute (TRI) Business Advisory Council.  He is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and a founding member of the SHRM Long Island Diversity and Inclusion Committee.  Craig is the recipient of several awards including the 2007 Long Island Association and Long Island Working Partner Advocate of the Year Award which recognized his recruitment and employment of individuals with disabilities, the 2009 New York State Rehabilitation Association True Partner Corporate Business Award, the 2009 Baruch College Breaking Barriers Award, and the 2010 Baruch College Visionary Award.

Kelly Ann Poole, the directing partner of Foreclosure operations firm-wide, has been with the firm since 1996. Kelly is a graduate of Touro Law School and has been practicing since 1992. She received her undergraduate degree from St. John's University, where she studied business. Kelly is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and District of Columbia. Kelly has an interest in thoroughbred race horses. She is an active supporter in organizations that provide therapeutic horseback riding for the emotionally and physically disabled; the North Shore Animal League; and the Association for the Help of Retarded Children. Kelly is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations, an active participant in the USFN, Chair of the USFN Commercial/Multifamily Committee and member of the Touro Alumni Council

CW-AwardsmOn April 2nd, 2009, Craig Wolfson, Partner at RR&A, received the Metropolitan Placement Consortium and Baruch College 2010_Breaking_Barriers_Award1 Computer Center for Visually Impaired People “2009 Breaking Barriers Award”.  The award honored those companies that recognize the skills and talents of employees who are blind, visually-impaired, or deaf-blind.  Craig was recognized for hiring and developing positions for four individuals from the Helen Keller Services for the Blind.
