Asha Shravah, Esq.

Asha Shravah, the Managing Attorney of the Bankruptcy Department and a Senior Associate, has been with the firm since 2000. Asha graduated from Hofstra University School of Law and has focused her practice on representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the state of New York. Asha is actively involved with the NACTT Mortgage and Loss Mitigation Committees, and she is closely involved with the development of bankruptcy loss mitigation procedures in the Southern District of New York. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and Bankruptcy Seminars, and regularly conducts bankruptcy training for clients.

 

Deborah M. Gallo, Esq.

Deborah M. Gallo, the Managing Attorney of the Western New York office and a Senior Associate, has been with the firm since 2001. Deborah is a graduate of Pace University Law School and has been practicing since 1994. She received her undergraduate degree from Iona College, where she studied Mathematics and Religious Studies. Deborah is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. Deborah is a member of the New York State, Monroe, and Erie County Bar Associations. She is on the board of the Western New York Mortgage Banking and Credit Association and is in her fourth term as President of the organization.

 

Hallie Greene

Hallie Greene majored in Computer Engineering while attending S.U.N.Y. New Paltz in upstate New York.  She later received her paralegal studies certification from C.U.N.Y Queens College, where she was the recipient of the 2000 West Legal Studies Award for Outstanding Achievement.  Hallie has been with Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. for 10+ years and is currently the Director of Nationwide Default Services.  Throughout her employment with the organization, Hallie has participated in numerous management seminars, industry conferences and conducted several client training sessions related to mortgage default services.  She is a member of the NACTT (National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees) and the NACTT Loss Mitigation Sub-committee. Hallie also serves on the AHRC Nassau County Board of Directors and is a member of the AHRC Human Resources and Residential Committees.

 

Janet Ward, Esq.

Janet Ward is the managing attorney of the closings department of Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. Ms. Ward has been with the firm since 1999 and has been in the industry since 1995, when she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Hartford. She began her career with Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C as a paralegal and foreclosure manager until eventually going to law school. Ms. Ward earned her law degree from Touro Law School in 2004. She is an active member of the New York State, New York City and Suffolk County bar associations as well as a member of REOMAC (a professional real estate organization).

 

Jennifer Warren

Jennifer Warren is the firms Director of Foreclosure, and manages the foreclosure operations at all of our locations.  Jennifer started with the firm in 1998 as a foreclosure paralegal.  She was promoted to Office Manager of the firm’s Islip Office in 2001.  In 2008, Jennifer was promoted to Director of Foreclosure.

Jennifer is very active in the firms marketing and client relations.  She has attended numerous industry conferences and management seminars.  She regularly trains clients at on-site visits on various topics including foreclosure, settlement conferences, loss mitigation efforts and new legislation. Jennifer is a member of the LPS Attorney Roundtable.  Jen is greatly involved in an array of non-profit activities and fundraisers for such associations as AHRC and National Cancer Society.  In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys dancing and event planning.

 

Katie McCoy

Katie McCoy, the Director of Administration of Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. has been with the organization since 1996. Ms. McCoy joined the organization as the receptionist and through the years progressed to the various job titles of Paralegal, Assistant Office Manager, Office Manager, and Director of Financial. Katie is a graduate of Nassau Community College and enjoys traveling.

 

 

 

Sherril-Anne F. Cleveland, Esq.

Sherril-Anne F. Cleveland, Esq., is a managing attorney of the Litigation Department. She has been with the firm since 1999. She is a graduate of Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law; where she served as the Chair of the Black Law Students Association during her second year and chair of the Black Asian Latino Law Students Association during her third year. Sherril received her undergraduate degree from Hunter College, City University of New York; where she served on executive branch of the student government. She is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association. She was first admitted to the Eastern District of New York in 1999. Sherril is also a member of the Southern and Western Districts of New York. Sherril has been practicing in the area of real estate and bankruptcy law for over eleven years, specializing primarily in the area of foreclosure

 

Thomas C. Frost, Esq.

Thomas C. Frost is an associate with the law firm of Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. and is the Managing Attorney of the firm’s Fishkill, NY office. His practice concentrates on all aspects of real estate law representing the mortgage banking industry in both State and Federal Courts throughout New York. He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law where he was a member of the Pace Law Review. Mr. Frost currently serves as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York-Poughkeepsie Division. He also is on the Executive Board of Governors and most recent-past President of the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar association, having previously served a two year term as its Vice-President. Additionally, Mr. Frost is chair of the Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association’s CLE committee. Mr. Frost is a member in good standing of the Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association, Hudson Valley Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in the States of Connecticut and New York and all of the United States District Courts in those states.

 

Gillian Brown, Esq.

Gillian Brown is the managing attorney of the eviction department and has been with the firm since 2001. She received an Associates of Arts Degree, cum laude, from Nassau community College, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University where she majored in Political Science, and her Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra Law School, where she received a tuition scholarship. Gillian has been engaged in the practice of real estate law since 1995 focusing primarily on summary holdover proceedings after mortgage foreclosure statewide. During the course of her career, Gillian has handled numerous landlord tenant related proceedings in New York City Courts and surrounding areas. She has also written articles on eviction related topics which have been published in various national default publications. Gillian is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

 

Robert P. Molloy

Mr. Molloy is the Chief Financial Officer for Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. responsible for the Accounting & Financial operations, Information Technology, and all related operational programs for the company. Prior to joining RR&A, Mr. Molloy was a partner at Sutton Associates, a New York Private Investigation Company. Mr. Molloy was an Investigator for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he served in a distinguished manner in the New York and New Rochelle Field Offices. Additionally, he served as a Detective Investigator for the Kings County District Attorney’s office where he received numerous awards for the successful completion of complex criminal investigations.

In addition, Mr. Molloy worked over a 10 year period for two major retail corporations as the core decision maker for the overall safety and security protection for the company’s employees and facilities. Mr. Molloy was responsible for the safety and protection of over 125 locations ensuring each was in adherence to company policies and regulations

Mr. Molloy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University and has taken graduate level courses in Public Administration at C.W. Post College, Long Island University. He is a board member of AHRC, and served as a member of the Mercy Medical Center Sponsor Board and has distinguished himself by severing on numerous panel discussions relating to banking, and security administration.

 

Jean P. Meehan

Ms. Meehan is the Financial Manager for Rosicki, Rosicki and Associates, P.C. and has been with the firm since 2006. Prior to the appointment as Financial Manager, Ms. Meehan was a billing coordinator responsible for billing/collections of many accounts.

Prior to joining RRA, Ms. Meehan has a diverse background as a partner/owner for 12 years in a local based Entertainment/Party Company. In addition, she has 5 years experience working as a Montessori pre-school teacher.

Additionally, Ms. Meehan is a graduate of Nassau Community College where she majored in accounting and business studies. She has volunteered her time working with the Nassau Cerebral Palsy Organization and rose through the ranks to become Group Leader with the Nassau County Girl Scouts.

 

Dawn Polewac

Dawn Polewac, our Business Manager has been with the firm since its inception. She received her BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University as well as a BS in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s College and her Certificate in Paralegal studies from Adelphi University. Dawn optimizes her passion for community service by investing her time and support in The Kosciuszko Foundation. She serves on their National Advisory Council and Chairs the Debutante Council, assisting in the preparation of its Annual Cotillion for well over 15 years. She actively supports the Polish Children’s Heartline and Gift of Life programs. More recently she spearheads the Steering Committee for the firm’s six Annual Gala’s supporting Hunter’s Hope Foundation held in Buffalo.

 

Lorena Pineda

Ms. Pineda is the Mail & File Room Manager for Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. responsible for the overall mail room operations for the company. Ms. Pineda supervises a staff of 12 individuals, specifically in charge of all mail room functions and directly supervises the ordering and securing all needed supplies for the Company.   Additionally, Ms. Pineda personally interacts and negotiates with all outside mailing services mediating all appropriate contacts and services for the company.
Ms. Pineda attended Tri Business Institute graduating with honors in Computer Studies. She often volunteers her time and services back to the Institute, counseling students and regularly serve as a guest lector to the Institute.
Ms. Pineda also serves as a sponsor for the Nassau Family & Children Association and has been an active member of the New York Chapter of the Salvation Army serving the underprivileged.
